Ingredients for two persons:
- 2 x 250 g beef steak
- 30 g butter (more if needed)
- cooking cream
- pepper
- salt
- 50 g of fresh white truffle
- olive oil
Preparation:
Clean the steak open and clean the giblets. Season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the steaks and roast for a few minutes on each side, depending on their thickness. Place on a warmed plate. Grate half of the white fresh truffle over the remaining butter. Season with salt. Add a little cooking cream. Roast on a low heat for about 1 min. Pour the sauce over the steak. Finally, grate the rest of the fresh white truffle, drizzle with olive oil and serve on a plate. Enjoy!
