Ingredients:
- 50g chopped black truffles (fresh or in olive oil)
- 60g butter
- 40g grated parmesan cheese
- 30g grated truffle cheese
- 8 eggs
- a pinch of salt
Preparation:
Melt butter and add black truffles chopped into tiny bits. When it starts to boil add eggs beaten into a foam in which you have added a pinch of salt and grated truffle cheese. In the end add parmesan cheese into the finished “fritaja”.
